The material is free from harsh ingredients that damage nails, making them safe for even those with sensitive nails or fragile nail beds to use with confidence.

A: Most of our exquisite designs are hand-painted by professional nail artists, boasting rich details and vibrant colors; while certain minimalist basic styles utilize high-definition digital printing technology, ensuring the patterns are fade-resistant, waterproof, and highly durable.

A: Refer to the size chart provided on the product details page to select your correct size.

A: When you wear press-on nails with jelly glue, they last 5-10 days—perfect for daily commutes, handwashing, and light household chores. And if you opt for the matching gel nail glue? Just avoid prolonged water exposure, and they’ll stay intact for over 2 weeks!

A: Our press-on nails are reusable and can be worn multiple times; to maintain their quality and extend their lifespan, they should be stored in a clean and dry place.

Shipping Help Center

A: The basic logistics time is as follows: ① Core cities in Europe and America: 5-8 business days; ② Oceania and Southeast Asia: 5-7 business days; ③ Other regions: 6-12 business days.

A: We support delivery to most countries and regions around the world.

A: You don’t need to clear customs yourself; the customs clearance process will be assisted by the courier company. We cover the customs duties and taxes.

A: Obtain the logistics tracking number in the order confirmation email or by logging into the website and accessing "My Orders", then check the full tracking trajectory on the logistics official website or 17track.

Payment Support

A: Currently, we support three payment methods: credit card, PayPal, and e-wallet. All payment processes are completed through third-party secure payment platforms. We will not store your payment information to ensure the security of your funds.

A: Please immediately take a screenshot to save the payment receipt and order details, then contact online customer service to explain the situation. The customer service team will verify the transaction records within 1-2 business days. After confirming the overpaid amount, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. The refund arrival time is subject to the payment platform's rules (usually 1-3 business days).

A: You can confirm through two methods: ① Log in to your website account, check the order status in "My Orders". If it shows "Awaiting Shipment", the payment was successful; ② Check the transaction records of your payment account. If there is a deduction record for the corresponding amount, even if the order status is abnormal, you can contact customer service and provide the deduction screenshot. We will verify and update your order status to avoid missing orders.

Return & Refund

A: Contact online customer service to submit an application → Provide the order number, proof of product issues, and shipping address information → Receive the return address after customer service confirmation → Send the product back and provide the logistics tracking number → Warehouse verification → Process the refund.

A: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases: ① The product has been used or the packaging is damaged, making it unfit for resale; ② Customized orders without quality issues; ③ Cases due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size selected, dislike the style) and exceeding the return/exchange time limit; ④ No order information or inability to prove the product was sold by us; ⑤ Returns caused by refusing to sign for delivery—relevant fees shall be borne by the customer. We recommend carefully checking the size and style before placing an order, and confirming the design draft in advance for customized products.

A: The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 1-3 business days. The arrival time is subject to the payment platform; the refund amount is the actual payment amount of the product.

Order Questions

A: The ordering process is extremely simple and can be completed in 3 steps: ① Select your desired products, confirm the size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart"; ② Click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page, verify the product information is correct, then click "Checkout"; ③ Fill in your shipping address and contact phone number, select a payment method to complete the payment. The system will immediately send an order confirmation email to your inbox.

A: A single order can include different products with a single shipping cost calculation. If the order amount meets the free shipping threshold, the order will qualify for free shipping.

A: After logging in to the website with your email, navigate to the "My Account" page to view the real-time status of all successfully paid orders (Pending Payment, Pending Shipment, Shipped, Completed, etc.).

A: Before the order is shipped, you can contact online customer service to apply for a product replacement. The customer service team will verify the inventory for you. If the target product is in stock, they will assist you in modifying the order information without the need to place a new order. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return and exchange process after receiving the product. Therefore, we recommend verifying your order information promptly after placing

A: Contact online customer service and provide the order numbers of the two orders. The customer service team will process the refund for the unshipped order. The refund will be returned to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. For shipped orders that require a return, please refer to the relevant return and exchange policies.

A: Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after payment. Since they are handcrafted by nail artists, the shipping may be extended to within 72 hours. For holidays (such as Chinese New Year and National Day), shipping will be delayed by 1-3 business days, and we will post a holiday shipping notice on the homepage of our official website.

A: Take photos of the physical product and the order screenshot, then send them to online customer service to apply for processing. After verification, the customer service team will resend the correct product to you free of charge.
